Happy New Year everyone!!
Well, 2011 is my 20th year in real estate....I can't believe it! Where has all the time gone! The last few years have seen many real estate agents drop out of the market. It has been a tough road for all of us who continue on this career path. But, just as everything else in life what goes down MUST and WILL come up! The real estate market is no exception!! Things WILL get better!
There was a time when you would have seen up to as many as 20 listings on my page but as you can see that is not the case right now. Some of that is my own doing because through the years I have realized that I mostly enjoy showing and selling houses to buyers.
